Cake fine, organisation not great
We have ordered many cakes from you guys. Unfortunately we phoned the day before to make sure the cake would be ready half an hour before we had originally booked for pick up time. Arriving at that time we were told the cake was not ready, despite our phone call and organisation to collect the cake earlier, the day before. Pretty disappointing when trying to juggle things at 6.30am! Other than that, a good cake!
